These SMS Terms apply to text messages sent by Civic Clarity. Messages may be sent to people who opt in through our website and to Kansas residents selected from civic or voter-file contact data. By opting in through our website, you agree to receive nonpartisan civic survey invitations and related follow-up messages from Civic Clarity.
Program Description
Civic Clarity sends nonpartisan text-to-web civic survey invitations and related follow-up messages. Messages may include a link to a short online survey about civic information needs, public affairs, government transparency, or related educational topics.
Civic Clarity does not use this text survey program for fundraising, candidate advocacy, partisan campaign messages, or get-out-the-vote messages.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies, but you may receive up to 4 messages per month.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are determined by your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt Out
You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we may send one confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from this program unless you opt in again or otherwise provide renewed permission.
